MARVIN ARMSTRONG

The Fresno Arts Council sponsors the Annual Horizon Awards program which  recognizes individuals, organization and businesses that have made significant contributions toward the enrichment of life in the Fresno community through excellence in the arts.  Since 1984 The Fresno Arts Council selects winners from an extensive list of nominees, those artists and patrons of the arts who by their works and deeds have gone above and beyond the norm in their commitment to the arts are selected.  Marvin Armstrong was commissioned by the Fresno Arts Council to create these award gifts, pictured on this page, given to the 2014 Horizon Award recipients.
